ASSOCIATION (COSA,i)
MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE:
I. Managing (executive/administrative) Director (MD,
pjj); appointed by the Board of Directors to serve ad
infinitum.
II. Regional Directors; as appointed by the MD and/or the
Board of Directors from the general members
as/when required.
III. Board of Directors; individual members as identified
in COSA,i Articles of Incorporation as provided for in
the bylaws.
IV. Special committee(s) and task forces; volunteer chair
people and functioning personnel appointed as required by
the MD and/or Regional Directors and/or Board of
Directors.
NOTE: The daily management requirements of COSA,i may be
delegated in the future to a professional association
management company, one specializing in managing the
affairs of organizations similar to COSA,i.
ASSOCIATION (COSA,i) OFFICE(S) STRUCTURE:
I. Home office: Marine on St Croix, Minnesota.
II. Regional offices; established at various locations in
this country (and around the world) by the Board of
Directors when determined to be in the best interests of
COSA,i.
III. Local chapters; set up where needed by the Board of
Directors based on each local area meeting the interest
level necessary to support this type of development as
the association grows/matures.
IV. Group task forces and special committees, etc;
appointed as needed by the Board of Directors to
accommodate recommendations/requests as made by one or
more of the general members.

ASSOCIATION (COSA,i) ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION AND
BY-LAWS:
I. Articles of Incorporation and by-laws of the
association shall follow state of Minnesota and/or
federal requirements for non-profits with the language
tailored to meet the specific needs and best interests of
COSA,i, all as may be permitted by the governing legal
authority.
