ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP

ASSOCIATION (COSA,i) MEMBERSHIP(S) STRUCTURE:

I. ‘ GENERAL SURVIVORS' members; ALL SURVIVORS of an 'acute' or 'chronic' or any other exposure to CARBON MONOXIDE/CO.

II. 'PUBLIC INTEREST' members; SURVIVORS families and/or their care givers and/or their personal representatives and/or anyone who has an interest in showing support for 'GENERAL SURVIVORS' by registering as an association member.

'GENERAL SURVIVOR' AND/OR 'PUBLIC INTEREST' MEMBERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PAY ANY DUES/FEES TO JOIN THE ORGANIZATION (see association "FUNDING" page below)!!!

III. 'COMMERCIAL INTERESTS' members(* see below); all manufacturers/vendors of goods (and any of their affiliates) and all providers of services (and any of their affiliates) as may be available and helpful to COSA,i 'GENERAL SURVIVOR' members.

IV. 'ACADEMIA' members(* see below); research/study entities of all types.

V. 'CONSULTING' members(** see below); professionals sought out by the association from various fields (medical, legal, etc) with experience determined by COSA,i management to be helpful to and supportive of the requirements of COSA,i 'GENERAL SURVIVOR' members.

(* see above) - any of those entities who may want to voluntarily join COSA,i and agreeing to all requirements pertaining to their respective membership classifications and pay annual dues/fees as per COSA,i guidelines.

(** see above) - qualifying non dues/fees paying professionals as chosen by COSA,i on an open ended schedule to fill position vacancies as needed, from time to time. NOTE: It may be necessary for COSA,i to offer fair compensation per mutual agreement(s) with these providers for their time and effort to participate in projects as selected by COSA,i. Your association will certainly consider very favorably any volunteer offers from established professionals who may want to help us on a pro-bono or reduced fee basis!

NOTE: DUES/FEES MAY BE SET ASIDE FROM YEAR TO YEAR FOR THOSE MEMBERS IN ANY CLASSIFICATION COSA,i DECIDES CAN OFFER SUFFICIENT OFFSETTING BENEFITS FOR OUR 'GENERAL SURVIVOR' MEMBERS.
